These Terms govern your access to and use of this compatibility quiz web app (the "Service"). By starting the test you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is an English-language compatibility quiz for people aged 18 and over. You can take it in two ways: with your own partner, or with a featured creator. Based on the birth details you provide, the Service generates a personalized symbolic reading using numerology (Matrix of Destiny) and astrology.
The content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It has no predictive, diagnostic, or therapeutic value and must never replace professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.
Unlocking your full reading is a one-time payment, and it also starts your monthly membership with a free trial period. You get:
All of it is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only (see section 8). Monthly deliverables are sent to the email you provide, on a best-effort basis around each renewal.
There are two charges, and they are different:
The exact amounts, the length of the free trial and the renewal price are shown on the payment screen before you confirm. If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged for the membership; the one-time payment for the reading is not affected. You may cancel at any time (see section 7).
By starting the test you agree to these Terms, and specifically you consent to all of the following:
Any of the following counts as your acceptance: starting the test or questionnaire; answering one or more questions; completing the test; receiving or viewing your personalized results.
This acceptance takes effect through your conduct, whether or not a checkbox is present. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not start or complete the test or use any part of the Service.
What you pay for the reading is a voluntary contribution: you pick the amount, and every amount unlocks exactly the same reading.
At this stage, the money from readings and memberships goes to running and developing this project — hosting, payment fees, and producing the readings, the monthly horoscopes and the audio recordings. As the project grows, the intention is to direct a share of it to charity, in particular to people affected by the war in Ukraine. We will state on this page when that starts, and where the money goes.
Until then, please treat your payment as support for the project rather than a donation to a charity. It is not a charitable donation for tax purposes and is not tax-deductible.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
The Service itself only stores your name, birth date(s), and email address — the minimum needed to generate your reading and to send your monthly audio reading and horoscope. The birth date is used only as an input to the astrological and numerological calculation; it is never used for advertising or sold to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To cancel your membership, write to dia.berlutti@gmail.com or message @dia_berr_ on Instagram from the email address or account you used. We cancel the membership within 5 days of receiving your message and confirm it by email. From that moment it is not renewed again and no further charges are made; the reading you already paid for stays yours. To make sure the first monthly charge is never made, send your request before your free trial ends — the reminder email we send before the trial ends tells you the exact date.
If you believe you were charged in error, or have any other billing question, write to dia.berlutti@gmail.com and we will review it on a case-by-case basis in line with your applicable consumer-protection rights.
The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment and self-reflection. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content you receive. The readings are symbolic and have no predictive, diagnostic, or therapeutic value, and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. You agree to provide accurate information and to use only an email address you are authorized to use.
We may update these Terms to reflect technical or legal changes. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised version.
Using the test on the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including the processing of your birth date for the astrological and numerological calculation, the one-time contribution for the reading, and the membership with its monthly horoscope, monthly audio reading and automatic renewal. You cannot claim not to have read these Terms after using the test and receiving your results.
